We want you to be happy with your purchase. As most items are custom-printed to order, our return policy is limited but fair.
- Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or aesthetic preferences (e.g. scale variations), due to the custom nature of our products.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us at loco@steamfreak.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
- If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.
- Incorrect Items
- If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days so we can rectify the issue at no cost to you.
- Returns Process
If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items must be returned in their original condition.
