Steamfreak Models – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. As most items are custom-printed to order, our return policy is limited but fair.

  1. Change of Mind
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or aesthetic preferences (e.g. scale variations), due to the custom nature of our products.
  1. Faulty or Damaged Items
  • If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Email us at loco@steamfreak.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
  • If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.
  1. Incorrect Items
  • If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days so we can rectify the issue at no cost to you.
  1. Returns Process

If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
